i hosted a dinner party.
my timing of various dishes was not so good.
but food intake involved:

- shrimpies.
- pasta with pesto.

the next day s'mores were attempted in the oven.
they were overcooked.
a somewhat dejected yet delightful mess.

tonight i will cook with my new slow cooker.
